Customer Request Analysis

Evaluation of the specifications of the product requested by the customer in CAD files. During this phase, all the technical details of the manufacturing process are defined based on the end use.

Equipment Design

We design and manufacture the equipment necessary to produce the requested product.

Material Selection

The choice of materials depends on the required specifications and intended applications for the final product. Fasteners and hardware can be made from a variety of materials, including steel, aluminium, brass, copper, and stainless steel.

Forming

In this phase, we perform the plastic deformation of the raw material through processes such as extrusion, pressing, and blanking.
We have state-of-the-art multi-station presses for cold forming.

Finishing operations

To achieve the final product, we perform secondary processes such as tapping, rolling, drilling, and turning.

Heat and surface treatments

By relying on qualified and established partners, we are able to offer heat and surface treatments that are applied to enhance the aesthetic or functional properties of the product.

Quality control and inspection
